Mix until the nuts have broken down and everything is starting to really stick together. If the mixture is still super crumbly, even when you squeeze it in your hand, then add 1 more Tbsp of coconut oil.
Use your hands to form small balls (ping pong ball size) and store them on a plate in the fridge for a couple hours to firm up
