The easiest thing you'll ever do to dramatically boost your health

A green smoothie like this spinach based one, is everything you need to take charge of your health. Just start with 2 a day, and this will give you your daily fruit and veg antioxidants all in one go!

Ingredients

Coconut water or water poured into blender just to cover up the veg (note - this is not the same as coconut milk - it's the clear "water" from inside a coconut)

Instructions

  1. Gather: Just chuck the following into your blender/liquidiser in this order
  2. Blend: Lid your blender and blend for about 1 min. The secret is to let it blend for at least 30 secs to 1 min at a high speed to avoid lumps.
  3. Pour half your smoothie into a glass and pour the other half in a jar or other sealed container. Drink the first half of your smoothie in the AM.... time passing ...
  4. And, we're back... Drink the second half of your smoothie in the afternoon or evening.
  5. Rinse and repeat daily!
