Salted raw cacao lime beauty bites

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup mixed seeds pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, etc
  • 1 cup dates loosely packed, about 6
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 8 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
  • tsp chili powder


  1. Add all ingredients in your food processor
  2. Mix until the nuts have broken down and everything is starting to really stick together. If the mixture is still super crumbly, even when you squeeze it in your hand, then add 1 more Tbsp of coconut oil.
  3. Use your hands to form small balls (ping pong ball size) and store them on a plate in the fridge for a couple hours to firm up
  4. Enjoy these healthy snacks - they're great on the go or for a break with a cup of tea or coffee
