In the past 2 years I’ve noticed that almost every mainstream health guru has started advising warm lemon water. It’s an easy thing to do for a pretty nice stack of benefits that include: weight-loss, immune boosting, energy boosting, inflammation reduction and wrinkle reduction.
Grab a glass and fill it mostly with cold water with a splash of hot on top so it’s warm (never use warm tap water)
Squeeze 1/2 lemon wedge into your glass and drink
Repeat this each AM this week as soon as you wakeup. I usually head to the kitchen a few minutes after waking and drink my water (before the shower or brushing teeth etc.)
